Cott Corporation (NYSE: COT) (TSX: BCB) today announced that its DS Services Business Unit has closed on the acquisition of the home and office bottled water delivery business of Big Rock Springs. The business acquired serves customers located in Lancaster, California and has significant overlap with our DS Services Business Unit’s current footprint. The acquisition supports our strategic objective of tuck-in acquisitions where synergies with our existing DS Services business can be leveraged.
