(1)	The U.S. dollar price represents the conversion of (Cdn)$34.56 to U.S. dollars on the date of exercise.
(2)	The Shares were sold by Benvest Holdings Inc. The reporting person may be deemed the indirect beneficial owner of the 5,500 Common Shares sold by Benvest Holdings Inc. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of Common Shares held by Benvest Holdings Inc. except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein. The balance represents 4,500 Common Shares held by Benvest Holdings Inc. and 10,000 Common Shares owned by Bennett Church Hill Capital Inc. ("BCHCI"). The reporting person is the sole shareholder of BCHCI.
(3)	The U.S. dollar price represents the conversion of (Cdn)$34.50 to U.S. dollars on the date of exercise.
(4)	The Shares were sold by Benvest Holdings Inc. The reporting person may be deemed the indirect beneficial owner of the 10,000 Common Shares sold by Benvest Holdings Inc. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of Common Shares held by Benvest Holdings Inc. except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein. The balance represents 10,000 Common Shares owned by Bennett Church Hill Capital Inc. ("BCHCI"). The reporting person is the sole shareholder of BCHCI.
